Lovely paddle from then seafront around to Aberdyfi and through the chop of the estuary. With the tide but against the wind. Not that Ivor got up to too much today. Continued with the tide all the way to Glandyfi doing 1/4 mile intervals and 1/4 mile recoveries.

Returned with the tide too, stopping off at a little cover for a wee and then another beach to take off my jacket as things heated up.

14.5 miles in total.
